Marina Ten is an entrepreneur with many years of experience in creating and developing successful business projects in the hospitality, restaurant, and manufacturing sectors. Her professional journey combines managerial experience in large companies with the implementation of her own initiatives focused on quality, innovation, and hospitality.

Professional Path:

  • Career beginnings — Economist in a large national company, where Marina gained fundamental skills in management, financial analysis, and reporting.

  • Launching and managing her first entrepreneurial projects, including a company providing engineering and technical services.

  • Co-founder and manager of the furniture company Aiko Rattan, which became a notable player in the rattan furniture market in Uzbekistan.

  • Implementing projects in the restaurant sector, including cafés and venues with unique concepts, such as MAQOM Bar and Kimchi Plate.

  • Initiator and manager of hospitality projects, including Igmar Apart Hotel, one of the first modern apartment hotels in Tashkent.

  • Successful launch and development of hospitality and lifestyle projects in Tashkent and the region.

  • Development and implementation of operational service standards focused on guest comfort and needs.

Andrey Yakovlev

General Manager of IGMAR Hotels Group

Andrey Yakovlev is a hospitality professional with a unique career path, progressing from working as a waiter to becoming the General Manager of a hotel group.

He began his career in the industry in basic operational roles, which allowed him to gain a deep understanding of service standards, guest service processes, and expectations at every level of interaction. His practical experience and systematic approach to management have formed the foundation of his continued professional growth.

In 2020, together with Marina Ten, Andrey Yakovlev participated in the opening of IGMAR Apart Hotel, the first modern apartment hotel in Tashkent. By 2021, the hotel was recognized as the best apartment hotel in Uzbekistan, confirming the effectiveness of the management model and the high level of service.

Today, Andrey Yakovlev is responsible for the operational management of IGMAR Hotels Group properties, implementing quality standards, and developing the team.

His management style is based on personal involvement, a thorough understanding of all stages of the hospitality process, and a strong results-oriented approach.

2010

Company Founded

Opening of the first hotel in Tashkent. Starting with 50 rooms and a team of 30 people.

2014

Network Expansion
