Andrey Yakovlev is a hospitality professional with a unique career path, progressing from working as a waiter to becoming the General Manager of a hotel group.
He began his career in the industry in basic operational roles, which allowed him to gain a deep understanding of service standards, guest service processes, and expectations at every level of interaction. His practical experience and systematic approach to management have formed the foundation of his continued professional growth.
In 2020, together with Marina Ten, Andrey Yakovlev participated in the opening of IGMAR Apart Hotel, the first modern apartment hotel in Tashkent. By 2021, the hotel was recognized as the best apartment hotel in Uzbekistan, confirming the effectiveness of the management model and the high level of service.
Today, Andrey Yakovlev is responsible for the operational management of IGMAR Hotels Group properties, implementing quality standards, and developing the team.
His management style is based on personal involvement, a thorough understanding of all stages of the hospitality process, and a strong results-oriented approach.
